My concerns were addressed completely.

I wanted to buy a new vehicle from a local business, Hubbard Chevrolet did not disappoint. I had a great experience from the moment I parked, where Frank Estelle, sales & leasing professional met me outside. Frank has wonderful customer service skills, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and understood my time constraints. I took the vehicle for a test drive, and left to think about it overnight. The next day I returned, vehicle was clean, and filled with fuel. The paperwork process was smooth and straightforward, everything was handled efficiently. This was the best car-buying experiences I've had. I would highly recommend, Hubbard Chevrolet in Hubbard, Oregon.

Hubbard Chevrolet is great, as always! I have been bringing my 2018 Silverado 1500 to them for service since I purchased it. I brought it in on 02-23-26 for some scheduled maintenance items and the truck was not only ready sooner than anticipated but the work came in a little lower than quoted (I like that)! Thanks to Diego, Leo, and service tech for the great customer service and quality work.

My first experience with Hubbard Chevrolet was for some kind of "Air Bag" update last year. I was very impressed with the whole operation! Leo Chang was very professional and ran a smooth operation while the work was being completed. My daily driver is a 2012 Chevy Avalanche; I call it the Swiss Army Knife of vehicles! I really enjoy this truck and decided it was time to give it some factory authorized love. I remembered how well I was treated at Hubbard Chevrolet that I decided to have them do the work. Again, Leo made it easy! I received quick pricing per each item of the maintenance care I wanted for my truck. It is a 4x4 with 5.3-liter engine. I decided to have all of the maintenance work performed! Change all fluids, engine, transmission, transfer case, rear end, radiator flush and refill, break lines flushed and refilled and the complete V-8 engine tune up. Leo got me on the schedule with-in a few days and an appointment was set. This was a lot of work to be done, about eight hours. I dropped off my truck at 8 am on appointment day. Bryce was my mechanic. We chatted about the work he was going to do, and he made sure I had everything out of the truck before he started the job. Leo then gave me a ride home to Canby while the work was being performed, so I didn't have to wait all day at the dealership. I showed up about 4:30pm. Leo was just wrapping up the paperwork. We talked about each line item and what Bryce had found while doing the job. I was very happy to have factory authorized work performed. I paid my bill and left a happy camper! I will recommend Hubbard Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for quality work. Thank you, Carey D.
